Client Responsibilities & Cooperation

- Ensure all materials supplied to TechBooster do not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
- Designate a primary point of contact authorized to approve deliverables and make project decisions.
- Review drafts and design mockups promptly to maintain agreed-upon project schedules.
Payments, Billing & Fees
- Invoicing: Services are billed according to the fee structure in the applicable proposal or agreement.
- Retainers & Subscriptions: Ongoing monthly services are invoiced in advance of each billing period.
- Project Deposits: Custom development projects typically require an initial deposit before commencement of work.
- Late Payments: Invoices overdue by more than 15 days may be subject to temporary suspension of active services until settled.
Intellectual Property Rights
Deliverables Ownership: Upon full and final payment of all outstanding invoices, ownership of final customized deliverables created specifically for the Client transfers to the Client.
Agency Pre-Existing IP: TechBooster retains all rights, title, and interest in its pre-existing tools, internal software libraries, standard templates, know-how, and generic methodologies.
Portfolio Showcase: Unless explicitly restricted via a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), TechBooster reserves the right to display completed client deliverables in our portfolio.
